These great boats have a unique look to them with the pair of port holes/windows on each side of the bow.

I noticed one of the trim rings is missin on mine...any ideas where or how to fabricate a new one?? Thought maybe someone may have experienced the same.

Appears to be a 5" opening. The originals are aluminum of course. Maybe some similar stainless steel fabrications from other types of trim rings may work? ...or ideally, if another iboats.com member had one or knows someone who I could purchase from? Wow, would that be awesome or what! lol

All ideas welcome, thanks. Will post pics of my boat when I get her restored and back on the water.

Post some pics. Makes it a lot easier to get some help and see what you are asking about. Welcome aboard.

Here are some initial pics. One shows the missing trim. I believe the originals are secured from the inside of the bow, but pic shows the area where the trim would be has a piece of plexiglass rivited in place. Thanks again.

I believe that the originals are just rubber/silicone with a plexiglass window (first picture). The third picture is a homemade patch with pop rivets. The plexiglass windows you can get for about $3 at plexiglass fab shop. The rubber/silicone gaskets; I could not find. My originals are on last legs. Make out of window rubber gaskets with a cut?
