I agree. There should be a test to be permitted to operate a boat on public waters.

Sorry, I should have explained. I was in need of testing my tablet to upload pics. Most other forums I use ( not boat forums) have a section called "posting tests" or something similar to check the function of your devices. Thats all this was. Iboats should have one.
