Tension adjustment for 1991 15 hp Mariner tiller steer?

Looking to adjust the tension on this older motor but don't have the owners manual and am not that familiar with it. It steers a little too loose.

There should be a bolt located on the swivel bracket, turn it CW a bit till the loose issue is canceled, don't over tight the nut or risk screwing what's inside the swivel bracket. A proper adjustment it's the one that when the tiller is released the boat will run at a straight line...
