i have a 2000 4.3 gi engine in a bench to put in my boat. i heard that those tbi are a head pain with alot off problem with fuel pressure. a lot of person advise me to make it 4bbl carb. is that easy?

Ayuh,.... Easy or not, depends on how Handy ya are, 'n how Big yer toolbox is....

I can tell ya, it Won't be Cheap....
At a Minimum, you'll need an intake manifold, carb, 'n fuelpump, 'n lines...
