My chiropractor told me to try drinking fresh ginger root tea three times a day for my joint pain. So far the results have been very promising. I slice off a few slices of fresh ginger root, break them up and steep them in a cup of boiling water for about 5 Min's. I leave them in the cup and add a teaspoon of honey. It taste really good, seems to reduce the swelling and pain and aides in digestion. NOTE: To much ginger may cause stomach irritation.
