I saw some drivers make decisions today that hurt others and themselves. Hope the fact that those drivers won't be in tomorrow's race makes for a better day.

Talladega or Talladaga?

Re: Talledaga

'Dega baby........ Any word on the guy that did a header into the inside wall? Last I heard he was talking and they flew him out to Birmingham. Tomorrow will be the same thing. Most drivers can't wait to get out of there..... I missed whatever Danica did on the cool down lap. Heard she was ticked and bumped into someone. Was it a bump or did she spin the guy?

Re: Talledaga

Last I heard McClure was alert and talking to doctors. Keeping him overnight for observation. Sounds like maybe a concussion but not much more, but that is speculation.

Pretty wild race. For a while I thoought Jr was going to pull it out. If Patrick had more experience she could have helped him. Her lack of experience showed. Glad Logano pulled it out at the end so crybaby didn't win.

Yeah, sounds like McClure is fine, just a little sore. Didn't seem like he slowed down at all before he hit the wall. At one point it even look like he sped up.
During the last lap all I was saying was, "C'mon Logano!".

Hornish ran Danica up the track and into the wall.

She showed she has some, caught up to him, and sent him headlong into the wall.

Hornish says he had a tire going down, but I'm not sure I believe him.

Thanks for the link. I'm not believing the tire going down theory either. Looked like he turned left just before he was going to hit the wall when Danica brushed it. I'm sure there will be some penalty Tuesday for Danica. That's ok, at least she showing she's not going to be pushed around....

Waiting for todays start!! C'mon Burton!!!!

Until about 44 to go it was pretty much a yawner, IMO. Shrubby got 2nd again. Consistant, but not win. Didn't stand a chance at the end with Keselowski. Brad made a nice move to hold off Shrubby. Wasn't even close at the line, at least by 'Dega standards....

Love how there were no crashes until the last little bit of the race! made a ten minute finish turn into 45 minutes! Also, the fact that they ended with half as many cars as they started with. gotta love NASCAR!!
