I have a 1988 200hp mercury. When I get to lake my boat will crank up just fine but when I give it gas it wants to die. Sometimes it will idle a ways and then die. It doesn't matter if I sit there and choke it for 15 minutes.. As soon as I try and give it gas it will die. THE WIERD thing is... After trolling around with the trolling motor for about an hour it will be good to go. Run's great for the rest of the day. Does anyone have a clue what could be causing it to take so long to warm up? Thanks
