I went through a series of testing about 8 props, some more than once. Boat in the water, no lift, too cold to go overboard.

1. back it up to the floating dock (I backed up to a fixed platform on my pier). You don't have to be straight; a corner of the boat and the outdrive against it. Secure it against current and watch for wakes!

2. Borrow a dinghy and stand in it

3. Pull the boat further forward on the lift, raise the motor, slide a plank across the bunks to stand on or just stand on the bunks.

4. Lean over the transom. It's a good skill to have for repairs at sea. If you have a ski step it's even easier.

5. consult the SS prop thieves in your community. Nothing better than local info.

6. Don't over-think it

or unscrew the four bolts holding that Force on there and let it sink; replace with Yam with correct prop.

If you were a bit farther south, I would say anchor over passage key on high tide with the motor up and a cooler full of beer. then when low tide comes and your on dry land, get out, change props, go back to drinking beer. when high tide comes back in the evening, drive home.

Surely, there is a sandbar close to you that is exposed at low tide. Us geezers always look for a less strenuous method first. Good luck!

Seems a couple of drums and a little lumber and you could build a platform that could be maneuvered around the boat and tied off and when not in use could be moored to or under the deck(but I do not know how high the water comes up and how much space would be under the deck there)

Also Plastic barrels come in different sizes they don't need to be 55 gallons I'm over 220 pounds and it's difficult for me to sink a sealed five gallon bucket so I would think a few 15 or 30 gallons barrels could make a stable low profile platform.
