Just relaying my experience. I have heard all the horror stories about BPS and the service/parts dept. I happened to be in Branson and needed a new bimini boot so I thought I would stop in and try to get the part number.

The parts guy was very helpful and got it for me with no issues. I brought it back home and went to my local dealer to order it. That normally reliable parts person was out and they had a moron working that day so no sale. I called BPS in Branson to order and he was gonna check for delivery but never called me back.

I did a web search and found a place called Day Brothers Boats out of New York. I sent an Email with a description, hull id, and the assumed part number. They responded immediately, verified the hull ID, called the factory to check availability, and had it ordered within a couple of hours. I received it three days later drop shipped from the factory to my door.

It is difficult to find good customer service these days so I just wanted to put the name of this place out there. I will be ordering from them again for my factory items. Iboats is still my first choice for aftermarket parts :)
