tahoe prop question

I am running a 21p offshore 4 blade, hole shot is ok it holds well for tubing and sports but at wot I am hitting the rev limiter 4800rpm at 54 on the speedo. Now this is a tahoe q6 ski fish 5.0 tks alpha 1 gen 2, 1.62 ratio. boat mods are exhaust and 4barrel carb. what would keep me at a good hole shot but bring down rpms, same size dia and more pitch or same pitch more diameter or maybe a 23pitch 3 blade. The boat originally came with the 21p 3 blade but since the upgrades it has more power. any suggestions? I am confused

I would try the 23 pitch. See if a local dealer has the prop. exchange program or look into a custom prop.
