Tahoe 195 I/O engine removal

I've got a 2007 with the Mercruiser 4.3L, and it has a leak from the front of the oil pan. It's a minor leak, but I hate to kick on the bilge and see it make a rainbow.
I pulled the harmonic balancer as I thought it was leaking from the front main, but it was not. I've replaced the o-rings for the sensor plug on the timing cover, and that wasn't where the oil was from. After getting the balancer off, I could see that the leak was between the timing cover and oil pan.

I've called around and it's quoted to run about $1K.

It looks like a pretty simple job from the front and sides, but what about all that stuff at the back?
I have a shop with a lift that'll make getting the engine out of the boat easy, and the job will be simple after I get the engine out.

Any advice? Any pointers?
Thanks,
-Brian

Might trying just tighten the pan bolts thru the access under center aft cushion. Worth a try!

For anyone wanting to do this job-
There's actually nothing to doing it, if you have the means to lift the engine out. I pulled out the 4 lag bolts from the side engine mounts (that run into the hull), pulled out the 2 vertical bolts at the rear of the engine that are the rear engine mounts, and then pulled off the outdrive (the 6 horizontal bolts on the outside). The rest was just unplugging some wires and throttle cables and pulling it out. It took an hour and 45 minutes.

I searched the web for some pointers and found a couple of youtube videos that showed it.
