Tahoe 195 I/O deckboat dash question

I just purchased this boat last night and noted that there are 2 LED lights on the dash to the left & right of the cigarette lighter. There's no indication of what they indicate. Anyone know?
Also, what's the red button right above the radio?
I went to Bass Pro to ask a salesman, but he didn't know what any of it was.

One light shows the bilge pump is on and the other shows the blower is on. The red button is the horn.

Thanks! The boat had an automatic bilge add-on thing that was either wired wrong or had gone bad. When I removed it the bilge worked great, the LED's for that and the blower would light when the switch was flipped, and the battery short stopped.
