T&T Problem with 703 controls

Hi, having a problem with the T&T switch on my #703 control box. getting ready for the up and coming crab season here in Washington state and I charged up my starting battery to prep my 2005 25hp F-stroke motor but during the warm up I hit the switch button up on the control box and it did not budge, go to the motor and hit the up switch and it goes up, go back to the control box and hit down and it goes down. The tilt switch works fine(up&down) at the motor but only goes down on the control box?? Any body have any idea's what is going on with the control box??

yep it's one or the other as I was testing it today and got the up switch to work but only after I kinda jiggled the button in the up pos. so it might be a loose conn., or a corroded/dirty or switch needs to be replaced. Don't wtf with it now as I will just have to tilt the motor from the motor. Thanks 99Yam
