Swim ladder suggestions

I have a 1987 bassmate 195 cuddy cabin which has the european design built in swim platform. My kids want me to add a swim ladder for next season. What would you suggest for this type of boat? Thanks

a telescoping folding ladder mounter atop the left side (easier to see from helm) swim deck . get one 3 0r 4 rungs. deeper they go easier to climb up.
