Suzuki NA 12 S remote Magnetic switch key (ignition key).

I have this control and the key for it, the thing is that i can start the engine without the key??? If i just turn the plastic knob it works as if i had the key.
How is this stuff supposed to work? I dont think anyone have made any rewiring, everything looks original. Not so safe...
