Suzuki DT16 Model Differences

I was given a DT16 1602-103623 and am needing to find a few parts. I keep finding references to Models G, J or Vz, and am unable to identify any differences.

I am away from the motor right now and will be for likely another month or two, but that won't stop me from searching for the needed parts (When I return home i'd like to get it fixed up and running for the early spring season).

I have found some parts on eBay, however when referencing the part number given against Parts Diagrams, I keep seeing the various model number designators and don't know which parts may/may no fit.

So sorry for my ignorance as I am an old challenged Johnny/Rude Guy and this is my first experience with Suzuki

Thanks, That's another piece of information I haven't found yet. It looks like by this reference There is a DT16SX or DT16LX based on the 1602-1XXXXX serial number. In other references I've found in a Suzuki Book dated for Model Years 1980-1982, I primarily find based on my serial #, I have a Model J.
I get that the DT16SX vs LX is shaft length (I have a short shaft, tiller, manual start) so it seems to me the SX (S is short, 15" and it looks like the X is just a redundant Year designator) applies. Being a 1981 gives it a Model J designator. But I am finding sometimes a P or PJ looking to be somewhat interchangeable? The P I haven't been able to identify.

As I am searching for parts, am I looking at DT16SXPJ-1602-103623 as the correct identifier then?

So far I have found the lower cover I need (61110-93510-01J) and purchased it. Just a bit confused when and where to use exactly what part of the engine number to assure the right parts and proper fit.
