Hello. I just purchased a boat with a Suzuki DT-25 motor. I was told it is an 1985 motor, but I don't know for sure if that is accurate.
I'm having a very difficult time finding a complete fuel line assembly for this motor. The previous owner cut the original line and added an additional 8' line of a different size making it way too long. He used hose clamps throughout, so they leak. I would like the complete assembly so that the connections are crimped instead of hose-clamped.
I thought I found the right part, but the online store says they carry nothing for 1985. I went to boats.net and they carry nothing for 1985 and don't list DT-25 either.
Can anyone help? An alternative would be to have someone make something up with my existing end connections, but I want them to be able to crimp the hose ends. If you can either tell me a source to buy the assembly or recommend someone who can make one properly, please let me know.
