Suzuki Bogging and "sneeze"

[Tracker TX 17]

Hi all, great site with lots of information so hopefully someone here can help me with this one. I have a Suzuki DT 65 on a TX 17 Tracker, it starts and runs like a champ from the start. Run out to the first fishing spot and set and fish awhile when I fire it up and go to leave it does not want to accelerate. It will bog and stumble and finally shut down with a "sneeze" would be the best way I can describe it . The primer bulb seems tight, pull up the high speed idle for a minute or so then idle down and take off. Runs good again until it sets, then the same thing.
I have only had the boat a couple of weeks, it has a 12 gal. portable tank which I made sure the vent was open and the fuel line was replaced over the winter I was told by the PO and it does look new.
Any help would be much appreciated!
