suziki dt 25 will not fire

serial # oo1889 model 2520 dt25 it will not fire . how do I test it? there no power to the coil. I tested it with a test light. There is a little fire comming out one wire from the magneto to the cdi box but i don't think it is enough? any tips?

you need a dva and good meter to test volts from trigger and stator
