I mean, they could type anything up there.

The english translation was mostly correct ,although it was partly an abreviation.
It was also a matter of showing what "anti-moslem leftist extremists" think. Most traditional moslems see her as a heretic.
Her way of thinking is very popular among mostly Egyptian,Pakistani and iranian moslems who have left their countries and moved to the states because they could no longer stand the backward attitudes she so clearly describes.
