Surging Problems with 1987 125hp Force

Has weak fire on upper 2 coils. Surges when running. I have checked the compression and the spark on the plugs. Can anyone help me diagnose this problem?

Surging indicates a fuel supply problem. Start there.

Clogged vent line or a bad diaphram in the pump.Maybe a bad squeezie.J

This could cause the firing on upper coils to be weak?
