Surge Brakes

Hello All I have a Coyote Single axle trailer which I come to find out uses Dexter Trailer parts. I'm quite sure the Actuator or master cylinder is the problem but can't find a replacement for it. I would like to find a rebuild kit if possible. Any suggestions? Thank You.

There are many brands of Master Cylinders for Trailer Brakes, I recently replaced an Attwood with, I can't remember what brand, with out too much trouble.

There doesn't appear to be serviceable access. The pushrod will not pull out
