how concerned should I be?
There is a floor hatch right in front of the padded cooler seat near the bow of the boat that is holding water? The owner said rainwater collects there and he pumps it out by hand after every storm.
Shouldn't there be a drain or shouldn't it be controlled by the sump? He said there is no drain hole in it and it doesn't tie into the main drain that is handled by the bilge. Weird
