Who has a late model Sun Tracker with a Water Pressure gauge? There is a plastic tube (3/16 or 1/4") attached to the back of the gauge. What does the other end attach to? The engine is a 60 hp Bigfoot.
I've had two Sun Trackers with that guage. I can't say definitively where the other end goes, but it must be near the engine block where pressurized water is present.
It "Tee's" into the telltale line as shown in the picture. Although this installation used common brass fittings available at any hardware store, a simple plastic T-fitting can be used. However, finding one with hose barb sizes to match the two hoses is difficult. The brass configuration also allows a straight shot connection for the two lines. The water pressure line is the smaller of the two.
