Suggestions for buffing in tight areas?

Inside corners, around hardware that can't be removed, ect.? I'm using meguires 7" buffing pads with 3M marine rubbing compound followed by finesse-it II.... Rub by hand in these areas? or a small rotary on a drill? what does everyone do in these areas? thanks

I do tight areas FIRST by hand.....then get as close as possible second with the polisher
