Can you tap the stripped holes -- or better yet, get the shop to do it? Whatever puller used, takes sustained pressure -- tighten and let it set, then repeat. If you leave it overnight, may find the flywheel popped in the morning. (Leave the flywheel nut installed a few turns to protect the shaft and to keep the flywheel from completely popping off.)

You're whacking downward on the puller bolt with a couple of good licks, then tightening some more, then repeat?

When you're whacking down on the puller bolt put a pry bar between the top of the block and underneath the flywheel and pry up on the flywheel.

You should heli-coil the threads to keep them the original size. Plus a heli-coil is stronger than the original thread. You should take it back to the dealer who screwed up the threads and let them heil-coil them.

Not rusted on.-------When the nut is torked too much the flywheel taper is expanded / stretched and really grips on the taper of the crank.----Takes a small atomic bomb to take it off then.-----With proper torque on the nut they come off easy.

Need to float test that one and and replace it. I wouldn't trust it due to impact damage . You should never have to use a air impact to remove a flywheel.

When you say lots of heat, you may have ruined the center magnet in the flywheel.
