Sounds like a potential shore power induced corrosion problem waitin to happen! Glad I'm not berthed near you!

Like I said in a previous post...what proof is there that the marina's wiring is at fault?

With an ac volt meter check for voltage at the shore rec at the slip between the ground and neutral(none) and between the neutral and the water(none)
