It looks like the pulley on the raw water pump has a build up of rust. That can cause belt failure. It can be cleaned with wire wheel on a drill or take it off then have it glass bead blasted and powder coated.

Hard to tell in the pic but the outer flange may be bent?

Volvo Penta have some models that are bad about belt erosion and ejection. We have a 2007 5.0GXi SX drive that has required much modification to keep belt on and dust reduced.
We have a 2005 GXi-E and I too had the belt dust issue but not the wobble.

Solved it after I replaced every pulley. For the the circ pump ‘bell’ I had a machine shop set up on it’s mounting face and turn it true to that - runout is now about .003” and it’s nice and square.

No issues, no dust. Sweet!

Hi guys!
are we sure it cannot be the generator? cuz its only loading 12,4 volts~

no wobble on the pulleys exept maybe the water pump pulley but i think its normal that it "moves" little bit due to engine vibration? i dont think its the pulley i think its the engine moving it. if u look on the "cooling" hose

Have you replaced the belt? I would not start chasing other things until you have replaced the serpentine belt and have thoroughly checked the pulleys for proper alignment.

hi! not yet i will get the belt tomorrow. my problem now is anyone got a good idea how to replace the belt in the water? cuz when i remove the water hoses alot of water will pump in. i guess it will work with some tool that can clamp the hose? :p

Stuff a rag in the water inlet hose while you are replacing the belt. You will get some water in the bilge, but not too much. Depending on how much slack there is with the hose, you may be able to position the hose above the water line while you work.

That’s normal; that’s why there is a bracket to hold it more or less still. I’d do this, get some large wood plugs from a marine store, when you disconnect the long hose that goes from the transom mount to the impeller housing hold it up in the bilge & plug it. That hose is below the static water line & water WILL flow into the boat if you don’t plug it. I think that hose internal diameter is about 1-1/8” or so. I have replaced the thermostat on my OMC cobra a few times exactly this way. You won’t get much water out of the other hose from the impeller housing only the long one from the transom mount.
However first I would:
Remove serpentine belt
Get a straight edge like a mechanics straight edge or a carpentry level.
Remember that everything is turned by the crankshaft pulley. So lay the straight edge across the crank pulley and then see if the power steering pulley & alternator pulley line up. If not got to find out why. Spin each pulley feel for wobble & looseness. The bearings in the p/s pump, the alternator and water circulating pump can all go bad. Also they can actually seize up if the bearings fail. Don’t forget to check the pulley on the belt tensioner.
I know that some Volvo engines had trouble with the bracket for the alternator or P/S pump flexing or bending throwing off alignment.
I actually prefer the old fashioned V belts; no trouble with them & if one breaks at least the other still works. If the p/s or alt belt breaks on mine I still have the other to spin the front circulating pump. Yep you have to tension them by hand but with the right tools (pulley spreader jack) not a big deal.
Google Volvo Penta serpentine belt jumps off someone else had that problem & fixed it….

yep was able to see that, might work if the jaws aren't too sharp, don't want to cut hose by mistake!
here's what you should use instead.
I bet you can source locally in Sweden

Haven't scrutinized all the posts in this thread but the broad strokes lead me to think OP needs to replace the sea water impeller, the serpentine belt idler pulley assy, and the serpentine belt

That, along with a cleanup of the belt dust/patina on the components will help further pinpoint the issue if not resolve it
