Hi all I have a 1971 21 ft sailboat that I seldom take out. She sits in dry storage here in vegas until taken out 5-6 times a year.the mast is down and sails are put away but my question is what do I need to do as far as maintance goes on the boat to ensure shes still around for a long time.I take her to the car wash about 2 miles for storage and give her a bath once a month and make sure the trailer wheels are greased and aired up but is there anything i need to be worried about on the boat?

not sailboat specific but I would guess it's not good for the wheels or the axle to be just sitting under load for such long stretches. If possible it might be good to put the trailer on jacks when you know you wont use the boat for a couple months.

The only thing I can think of is to winterize the outboard, if you have one. Sounds like you take care of it!
