Crankcase Stor-n-Start states that if new oil was used for winterization, no oil change is needed in the spring. Thoughts, please.

Why would you want to change new oil because it sat for a few months? That's crazy! It's new, and hasn't even been run except to finish the winterization. Don't see a reason for it.
If it's due to any condensation over the winter, that will be gone the first time you run the boat out on the water and wouldn't be enough to be noticed to begin with.
It doesn't need any store & start additives either.
Does snake oil mix with engine oil ? :%

Yep, I have boats and motorcycles, and ALL get fresh oil in the fall winterization, and its in there until NEXT fall, when I do it again..
