Why do we have separate fresh and saltwater forums? Where's the love for brackish? The boy caught a decent sized stingray. I've never kept one, or eaten one, but there are a ton in the river this year for whatever reason (but no catfish.... Very strange). It was disgusting and tough to filet. Pan fried and air fried. Absolutely delicious. Who knew?

Yeah, supposed to taste like scallops but didn't. Actually more like a chicken cutlet believe it our not.

And he and his buddy just caught 13 croaker, and we caught a couple dozen crabs for tonight, along with a bunch of tomatoes and cucumbers. I love not going grocery shopping.
