I calibrated float drop and level on both floats with new gasket on and installed rest of the rebuild kit per, #18 manual reassembly; dialed in accelerator pump and choke pul off linkages. Set the idle mix screws to 1 1/4 out from seat. Throttle linkage off.
NOTE, Only one side of fuel injector priming prior to startup.(?) Motor turns over and runs at idle for 20-30 seconds then stalls out.(original problem) Tried ramping rpm to 2000. Started, sounds great then the same. Primary jets flow uneven. Facing stern, starboard side seem to flow stronger than port. Flow just stops after time mentioned earlier, stalls.
Checked voltage to new fuel pump, good. Ran tube from fuel line to bucket, dropped a little fuel in carb. Started motor. Ran long enough to show fuel pump only works when starting, not in On position. This right? Head scratcher! Any thoughts?
Tried to find a complete carburetor, but none to be found. Any leads would be appreciated.

Oil pressure switch. AS A TEST ONLY, short the wires together and see if it keeps running.

achris, you the man brother. Just when hope was waining! Picked up a new sensor/switch and she's running like a Swiss watch. Can't think you enough. Love the input from fellow boaters on this forum!
