Stereo system suggestions?

Hello all . Current setup is 4 speakers, 2 tower speakers and a sub running off of a clarion 5 channel amp. While the sound is decent if you get above halfway on volume there is just not enough power. I’m considering taking the bow speakers off of the amplifier and running those off of the head unit. Hoping the helps with the tower speaker volume. Thoughts or should I just run another amp?

You have something going on.

Your amp is rated at 50W RMS per channel.

I can litterly rattle the windows in the house with my 50W per channel amp and pair of 3-way studio monitors at 1/2 volume.

Polarities right?
Ohm matched?
Could just be very inefficient speakers.
What are you using?

How did you wire the 7 speakers to the 5 chanels? You may have too many or too few ohms depending on how you did it. Also polarity is important.
