Steering Question

I installed a Sea Star steering system on my boat over 10 years ago. This year the wheel on the helm does not come back center position after driving the boat. The motor is straight but the wheel does not come back to the same position each time. Checked the fluid and bled the system and found no air. Also the motor leans over to the starboard side when in the drive way on the transom saver over time. Thanks

Thanks . That was the way I was heading. Oil was going somewhere. Was not sure about a problem at the helm.

Could be either place. My guess is the cylinder at the motor

Is the piston seal a lip seal or an o ring?

Hydraulic piston seal

Removed cylinder rod. Piston is nylon fused onto the shaft with a bronze seal ring. Trying to find the rod and piston replacement. Anyone know where I can get one?
