Steering Cable Identification?

Can some tell me which cable this is? I can't seem to find a good picture of this to match it up to. It is off a rack and pinion system and I know the overall length is 14 ft. But finding the end that connects to the helm has been tough. I have checked the whole length of the cable for a number and can't find one.

I agree w/ Bond-o Trash that old one and I recommend a rotary system like these here Complete Boat Rotary Steering Kits - iboats or if you really want a rack system Complete Boat Rack & Pinion Steering - iboats

You will be happy with either and for the cost the rotary can't be beat! (Hint ships fast!)
