I have 78 Merc 80 hp was trying to start come to find out had no spark I checked ohms between red red/white & blue blue/white didn’t get any reading on blue blue/wht is this mean bad stator

Serial # of the motor is ?----Are you using a digital meter ?

yes using digital voltage meter
134.1 on red red/wht
0 on blue blue/wht
.7 on yel
