I have a 1996 9.9mariner that wont run properly. pulled plugs, lots of blue spark. cleaned carb. does anybody know if the stator or trigger need replacing??? again there is good spark when you turn it over....... i'm thinking if theres spark it should run..... could it be the carb???????
