Starts then no start

I had two issues same time , believe I corrected one , No spark starboard side all 3 cylinders , Found yellow wire into CDI crud and tips making no contact ,
New connection and now have spark OR A WEAK STATOR ( will explain )

Starting issue
cold start , cranks away , eventually get going , - ball is hard
idling 1/2 hr
Shut ,
re=start 2 times, fires right up
3rd time back too no start , ball hard
hour later back at it , cranking away , eventually starts
same process , 3rd time no start ,

battery charger keeping battery charged while starting

- New low pressure pumps ,( yamaha ) yesterday , old ones had leak , thinking new low pressure pumps would solve starting issue

Would weak stator or regulator not produce enough spark too start ? ,
weak high pressure pump ? Previous owner produced an invoice from shop , Cleaned VST tank , this year , Obviously he had starting or fuel issues ????? boat ran good until it didn't
Fuel pressure ? injectors
Earlier today put a multi tester on battery , while engine running 12.6 volts coming back too battery , should be 13.5=14
Engine off 12.5 volts ,
Battery little weak but never had starting issue until I had an issue ,
VST tank drained multiple times , checked all clamps ,

Engine & boat new too me , coming from IOs ,
Need shop manual , knowledge, proper testing equipment
Have Seleg , confusing reading , ( waisted money )
without looking impossible , but you knowledgeable boaters what does this sound like
