Starts but won't keep runnung

I'm restoring a 1959 35hp Johnson RDS-20 that was not run for about ten years. I've replaced the line and sqeeze bulb from the tank to the motor. Compression is 150psi (cold) both cylinders. I can get it to start using the choke and it runs for about ten seconds then stops. It will start again then does the same thing. Any ideas? Also, do you know a good source for parts?

Rebars.....sounds like carb overhaul time. The choke part is a givaway to the problem. I would also take a gander at the ignition system and water pump. OBJ: I got the manuals and repair kits for the motor. Rebuilt the carburator and fuel pump, replaced the fuel lines and it runs fine! (Impressed the heck out of my skeptical 8th grader!) I'll do the water pump and thermostat next. I also have all the stuff for an electrical re build, but I'll wait awhile to do that stuff. Just wanted to give you an update and to say thanks again for the advice.
