Aside from the obvious mounting difference, you will still need to be sure that the small terminals are the same. Not all two small terminals are trigger and ground, some are internally grounded and the second terminal may be energized when the solenoid is engaged.

It COULD be used, depending on the terminals may or may not need the ground wire.
