My starter doesn’t seem to be spinning bendix up enough to catch. Replaced because I thought it was going bad. New starter worked for about a week then started same problem. Any help our suggestions?

Weak battery, or, corrosion on some of the wires; check the negative battery lead [this is the common point] and grounds. The battery should stay around 10v while cranking and 12+v when not.
A sketchy battery will drop voltage from sitting - that's why I have a voltmeter in my instrument combo as well as a tach.

I will do that tomorrow and post what I come up with. But they all look good. But I do understand a little corrosion hurts.

Even if the connection looks good moisture can cause it to increase its resistance. The starter gets its ground from the mounting bracket.
