Starter button, cannot find it

I bought a boat with a kicker, Johnson 9.9 electric start, 1995 model. I did see it run but I cannot find the starter button. Please tell me where to find it. Any comments on that motor? Thank you.

It is a 4 stroke. I was not paying attention when he started it. I cannot believe I am so dumb but the starter is not in an obvious place.
