Starter Bracket question

Could someone refresh my fuzzy memory... I am trying to locate a electric starter bracket for a 1967 20 hp Jonny... My memory is fuzzy but I was thinking that any Jonny or Rude from 1959 thro 1973, 18hp to 35hp would work? Is this correct?

No, not exactly. Certainly not anything above 25hp, which rules out the 28-33-35hps. And, there were different spacings for the starter bolts as things evolved. Now, I am not sure how that applies to the 18-20-25, if at all.

The 18, 20, 25hp that share the 22cu power head I think should be a direct swap. I can't recall if the next generation of 25's & 30's are the same or not?
