I am not completely sure why... but I am comforted in the thought that everyone showers in the morning <br /><br />Otherwise, the funk eminating from iboats would be horrific!<br /><br />Sean

sorry, I shower just before going to bed. A habit from working swing shift and getting filthy at work.

Shower, coffee (plenty of it) and take my dogs for a stroll. Usually get animal cookies out of the tomaine vendor at the shop.

Would Mountain dew a Marlboro and a handfull of cookies be considered a full breakfast? All of the food groups are represented, Caffein Nicotein and Chocolate.<br />Also just in case anyone wondered, I shower in the evening before heading off to work....so it's not me!

Banana, coffee, then somethng with plenty of protien and fat.<br /><br />Cold pizza and beer works well.
