Start Switch on 1984 120 hp Evinrude

I recently had to replace the ignition/start switch for a 120 hp Evinrude. The motor starts and runs okay, but does not stop when swithed to off. Can anyone supply the correct wire colors to switch poles for this system.

There are two terminals on the switch for the engine stop function. They are both labeled "M" (magneto). I think both wires are black.

On the original switch the wires connected to the m terminals were purple and purple w/ white stripe. Two blacks were connected to a different terminal.
