Re: STARCRAFT

Starcraft has been making boats for about 100 years - we're going to need a bit more to work with here.... Model? Year? Length? Layout?
- Scott

Re: STARCRAFT

Not knowing what specific info your looking for, all I can add is that since 1972, I've have two StarCraft 16' Super Sports. My Uncle has had one. Never a lick of hull problems from any of them and they are riveted hulls. Transoms are well made and durable. My current '85 Super Sport is toting around a 90hp Rude. Good boat.

I have a 12 foot aluminum starcraft row boat. It has riveted seams and it is one of the best aluminum hulls I have ever used. I love it. Never leaks and is lightweight and strong. Transom was made of un-pressure treated wood though and it had to be replaced...

I have my Grandfathers 1970 Starcraft 1970 SS 16'. The floor is currently being replaced (not that bad of a job) but other than that, the hull is wonderful, no leaks, and original paint! Okay, it's green, but still, it runs great! The money I put into this boat is well worth it with what I perceive as a very good quality hull.

We had a Starcraft Nova for 26 years It spent from
April to December in the water uncovered every
year.It got driven over a dock, pretty much ignored for most of its life.Never a leak.great transom The floor got a little punky in the back
where the top didnt cover it.
