Hey everyone…. Glad I found yous, hope you can help….. not sure of the year, 70s I’m thinking. I wanna cut the front out and add a seat… my problem is that the distance from the front of the windshield to the front cross member is only 28”. Don’t seem like much room…. Thinking on adding a cross member”brace” closer to the front to allow more room???? Any help would be great

Welcome, nice looking Holiday! What's the plan to power it?

A couple of people on this forum have performed what they call a "bow-ectomy", if I remember correctly the front deck is integral to the structure of the boat and you have to compensate if you remove it. Maybe an aluminum frame structure under a raised deck?

You could always fabricate dual consoles and move the window back a bit if you wanted more room, but you would of course lose main deck space.

I'm curious about the bow, seems to be completely different than any I've ever seen.

Agreed, could this be an SS that was converted to closed bow?
Any clues on a S/N plate? (assuming it's old enough)
