Given there is no standard HIN, the best I can say is prior to November 1, 1972. This is when the standardized format was required.

Jet Stars were made in the 1963-1971 model years. You can look through the brochures to see if ant resemble yours as long as she still has the original colors. You have any pictures?

Serial #960521 is after mine, so after 1970, as my 1970 Jet Star has serial # 913316
