Star Tron added to Jetski's now they will not start

I have a 1999 Yamaha Wave runner 760xl and a 2001 Yamaha Wave Runner 800xl, both were running fine. THe 2001 started having some hesitation on Acceleration so a friend recommended to me adding -

Starbrite Star Tron Classic Gas Formula Enzyme Fuel Treatment​

to the gas tank. I also inquired at the boat store when I bought the bottle, and they said it should not hurt anything but could help.
now both skis will not start shortly after adding the additive with a full tank of premium gas.

Any suggestions on what to do besides draining the tanks??

there is no mechanic in a can.

I would drain the tanks and run the fuel in your car. then service the fuel system on your wave runner.

Pour it in your car, yeah right. Your next thread is asking how we can help you fix your Fu**ed up car.....LOL.

Pour the gas on your campfire pit and then back up.......LOL.

How much did you use ?? Probably loosened up all the crap and plugged up the tiney holes in the carbs...actually just what it is supposed to do, but using it regularly prevents the all at once major cleaning job!!

Exactly this . Seen it happen countless times. Loosens off decades of dormant crap in the tank…throws it through the fuel system. Empty tank, entirely..clean the check valve, change the fuel filter and absolutely clean the carbs too.

And before you dump it in your car, make sure there is no water or junk in it!
