stalls

I have a 1972 65 HP Johnson and when I open up the throttle it will go for about 30 seconds then it will slow down by itself then stall. What should I be looking at?

Hard to tell with so little info. Does the motor bog down when it stalls? Or does it "lean sneeze"? Gonna need some information on your motor and what exactly you and your motor are doing when the stalling occurs.

Are you certain the tank vent is open? Otherwise.....

The fuel pump/lines and filters would be a good place to start.....eliminate those first.

If I have the throttle open all the way so I can get across the lake quickly it will go for about 30 seconds and then it will bog done then stall
